You may also call our office to request the access code. You will then be asked for your account number. This is the 8 digit account number shown on your bill. You may also call our office to request your account number. The SoftTelPay website will guide you through the payment process. There is a fee for this service and you will be shown the fee amount before authorizing the payment.

By Phone

To use the automated phone service to pay your bill the number to call is 1-855-483-5729. You will need the 7 digit access code to get started. This code is located on your bill. You may also call our office to request the access code. You will then be asked for your account number. This is the 8 digit account number shown on your bill. You may also call our office to request your account number. There is a fee for this service and you will be informed of the fee amount before authorizing the payment.

Automatic Payment

To set up automatic payment of your bill (ACH), complete and submit the ACH Application Form. Each billing cycle (monthly for improved properties and quarterly for unimproved properties) the current balance due amount will be paid out of the account you have specified. Payments are processed on the 5th day of each month.

Pay at Office

For safety and health purposes due to Covid-19 our office is closed to the public. You may make your payment at our office using the payment slot next to the front door. Please pay using a check or money order so that you have a record of your payment. Do not use cash. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
